OptoGrow Internship Program

At Optogrow, we believe in investing in the future by providing valuable internship opportunities to aspiring IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering (IE) professionals. Our Work-from-Home Internship Program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to work on real projects alongside our talented team.

Program Structure

Orientation and Onboarding

Interns attend an orientation session to learn about the company’s culture, values, and policies. They will also become familiar with the company’s systems and meet their systems engineer mentor.

Project Assignment

Based on their skills and interests, interns are assigned to specific projects that align with their career goals. Each project will provide hands-on experience and opportunities for growth.

Networking and Relationship Building

Interns will have the opportunity to network with colleagues and other interns through online team-building activities and professional networking events. We also invite interns for a monthly meet-up and quarterly offsite meetings to foster camaraderie and mentorship.

Learning and Development

Interns are given access to ongoing workshops and training sessions to further develop their skills and enhance their knowledge of the field.

Performance Evaluations

Regular feedback sessions are held to assess intern performance and provide guidance for improvement. A final evaluation is conducted after the program.

Transition to Employment

Outstanding interns will be offered possible employment opportunities within the organization.

We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team! We are currently looking for IT and Industrial Engineering (IE) interns.

Minimum Requirement

Must be at least 18 years old (due to Philippine labor laws)
College student currently enrolled in a relevant educational program
A completed application form
A current resume or CV

Letter of endorsement from school
School ID (valid)
Memorandum of Agreement
