FAQ's

What will be my obligations and duties as an intern?

The company assigns tasks related to interns' courses, ensuring they are motivated and energized. This approach allows interns to work in their "zone of genius" on projects they are passionate about.

Will the assigned tasks be related with my course?

As a startup, tasks and projects can evolve. Given our company's ambitious vision, we strive to (1) assign tasks aligned with your course and (2) ensure you work on tasks you enjoy and love.

What requirements are needed?

You will only need a laptop or a desktop and an Internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed. We consider mobile users but this will be up for discussion.

Will it be a work-from-home setup?

Yes, the entire OJT program is conducted through a Work-from-Home setup. Therefore, having a strong internet connection and a laptop or desktop is essential.

Is my working hours flexible or is it fixed at 8 hours per day?

Our hours are very flexible. While we ideally have our OJT interns work 40 hours a week or 8 hours a day, we accommodate students’ individual situations.

Will it be a paid internship?

This is an unpaid internship, but you will have access to paid mentorship programs and courses to kick-start your virtual career.

What is the company's culture like?

Will there be any opportunities for absorption after my internship?

Yes, this depends on the student's performance and availability, especially considering that some OJTs still need to complete their units.
